- "The 1921 Atlantic hurricane season featured the Tampa Bay hurricane, the most recent major hurricane to strike the Tampa Bay Area in Florida. " why mention Tampa Bay twice? I feel like you could accomplish the same goal in just one sentence ie "The 1921 Atlantic hurricane season featured the most recent major hurricane to strike the Tampa Bay Area in Florida. - "The strongest hurricane of the season, the Tampa Bay hurricane, peaked as a low-end Category 4 with winds of 140 mph (220 km/h). Throughout Florida, the hurricane left about $10 million (1921 USD) in damage and eight deaths." why the tampa Bay bit? It's not something we usually do. - "However, by three hours later, the hurricane transitioned into an extratropical cyclone about 400 mi (640 km) southeast of Newfoundland.
