Already renamed
editA few hours ago, the Battle.net launcher was renamed to Blizzard (or Blizzard app). As far as I'm aware, no news outlets have reported it yet, but it's true (a screenshot posted on Reddit).--Adûnâi (talk) 04:40, 24 March 2017 (UTC)
- I've redirected Blizzard App here. Once we have a source we can add a note that the launcher has been renamed. What's unclear is whether the entire system/network is being renamed, and for now the WP:Common name would still be Battle.net -- ferret (talk) 12:34, 24 March 2017 (UTC)

- Blurb added. So far it seems only the launcher has renamed, with Battle.net site still serving normal functions. -- ferret (talk) 13:50, 24 March 2017 (UTC)
- Blizzard is still sometimes calling the platform "Battle.net". See last paragraph on this Eurogamer article: http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2017-05-19-dont-expect-other-non-blizzard-games-on-its-platform --Mika1h (talk) 20:47, 22 May 2017 (UTC)
- It's been covered in the notes about Destiny 2 already. -- ferret (talk) 20:50, 22 May 2017 (UTC)
