BlackRock Greater Europe Investment Trust plc (LSE: BRGE) is a large British investment trust dedicated to small, mid and large-sized European company investments. Established as the Merrill Lynch Greater Europe Investment Trust in June 2004,[2][3] it adopted the current name in 2008.[4] the fund has been managed by BlackRock since 2008 and the chairman is Eric Sanderson. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.[5]
