Talk:Higher dimensions
Untitled
[edit]currently this redirects to 'dimension#physics#additional dimensions' which starts talking about specifics of string theory etc. however higher dimensions also appear in machine learning (and maybe elsewhere?) Tessellation word2vec
going back through the history it seems the idea of high dimensions was covered in earlier pages that got merged.
but given the new hover card feature, wouldn't it be nice to have a page with specific meaning: it can always link back. 'higher dimensions appear in: physics, ML..'
the links elsewhere that really do want to go to 'physics#additional dimensions' could go through a page 'higher dimensions(physics)' perhaps? or is this phrase *always* used in a context where you start wanting to talk about physics. (whilst high-dimensional space is not) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fmadd (talk • contribs) 02:00, 13 June 2016 (UTC)
