Wording
[edit]The current text is misleading; it suggests that the article text, not the link, is a suspected copyright violation. Unfortunately, there is no template for inline text copyvios. 108.210.217.202 (talk) 02:06, 15 December 2017 (UTC)
- The mouseover tooltip text explains what the suspected copyvio is. We might also have use a separate template for inline text copyvios, but that doesn't mean this template is broken. I'm not sure how to clarify the wording of the immediately visual output without making it unwieldy; "[copyright violation?]" is already quite lengthy for this kind of template. — SMcCandlish ☏ ¢ >ʌⱷ҅ᴥⱷʌ< 03:47, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
- OK, I changed it to "infringing link?” I edit mobile and have no access to mouse-overs. 108.210.218.199 (talk) 00:46, 20 December 2017 (UTC)
