The result was delete. If Wikisource wants the material it is available at the link Mkdw pointed out. As the entire content is public domain I cannot see that GFDL or CC licenses and history preservation are all that relevant, but any admin may undelete the page for purposes of transwiki if needed. Transwiki to WikiSource. There is a source in the article, right at the bottom; however this verbatim transcript of a public domain document is not an encyclopedic topic. It would, however, be ideal for WikiSource. - The Bushranger _{One ping only} 06:24, 6 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Transwiki... maybe. This should have been speedily deleted as copyvio of http://www.dtic.mil/cgi-bin/GetTRDoc?AD=ADA381475. It's a wholesale copy of that source. Mkdw^talk 22:28, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. WP:not for source texts. As to transwiki, is Wikisource really interested in reproducing a random piece of technobabble from the 1940s, of no apparent importance of any kind?
