- Gangkhar Puensum#History The last two sentences under the History heading appear to be a direct copy and paste from a book which is not cited. Sentences in question: "This elevation is supported by Japanese sources, in turn based on Chinese sources. It has not been surveyed by Bhutan." have been in the article for a long time. They appear to be copied from this book. But I am not sure if I should remove them, or because it is two sentences turn it into a quote. Or maybe they have been in wikipedia longer than in the book and it is quote? I can't tell so leaving it for the community to help. Desertborn (talk) 10:38, 7 March 2020 (UTC)
- I just removed it as unsourced. Wizardman 23:07, 24 March 2021 (UTC)
- Draft:Kabir Helminski (history · last edit · rewrite) from [1]. The draft was WP:G12d and the speedy deletion brought to WP:DRV for review. The outcome of that review was that it's unclear if we copied from them or they copied from us, and it was decided that this should be referred to WP:CP for the opinion of people who are more versed in copyright policy. See Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2020 February 27 for details. I am opening this case as a purely administrative action and as such I offer no opinion either way. -- RoySmith (talk) 15:06, 7 March 2020 (UTC)
