This link does appear to be working. Maybe a second opinion on TOO wrt the stylized landscape. I don't believe it would otherwise be allowed as non-free content as it does not appear to be essential (although undoubtedly useful) artwork for the article. GMG ^talk 12:39, 10 October 2018 (UTC)

Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	A replacement could not be created because one would reflect a copyright infringement and the cover image is standardized so a replacement or different image would not accurately reflect the journal.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	There is not more non-free content than necessary because only a single image of the new journal cover is being implemented in order to give readers a visual depiction of what the journal looks like. No additional content besides the cover is included in the upload, and the resolution is low enough that it is even difficult to read the words on the cover. In this way, the image provides the bare minimum - an overview or summary of the current look of the journal.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This will not infringe on any commercial interests of SAGE Publications, the copyright holder, as their original market role is to engage individuals and universities so that they read the journal, and having an updated representation of the journal cover helps facilitate increased awareness about the journal itself.
