Lagoo sab is a user who has been active on Wikipedia since at least 2009/2010. He was indefinitely blocked for the first time on his main account (Lagoo sab) on 7 December 2010.[1] Abusing socks and continuous WP:NOTHERE editing started as early as 2009/2010. It has continued, intermittently, ever since.[2]

Editorial pattern

Always check the SPI archives for the most precise habits and diffs. Core habits/trademark stuff;

Knows his way around extremely well, straight off the bat. Within a relatively low amount of edits, Lagoo sab socks know how to report someone at ANI, how to create redirect pages, and/or how to change the title of a page, etc. Or, for example, they know how to report someone in a SPI.
Labeling everyone who puts a halt to him as a "vandal", "sock", "sockpuppet", "anti-Afghan", "anti-Pashtun", "anti-Muslim", "disruptor", "nationalist", "pro-Pakistani", "Pakistani nationalist", "<insert nationality/ethnicity> nationalist".
Extremely fond of admin shopping straight off the bat. Asks moderators instantly to block users with whom he has long-standing issues, e.g.;

Getting quickly into fights with long-time editors of the Afghanistan-Pakistan topic area, amongst them Mar4d, Smsarmad, Saladin1987, and Saadkhan12345
Hates Mar4d, SheriffIsInTown and LouisAragon as they put a halt to his agenda. Lagoo sab has attempted on numerous occasions (by using sock accounts and sock IP's)[3]-[4] to get LouisAragon blocked by linking him to LTA Beh-Nam, even though its confirmed that LouisAragon and Beh-Nam are completely unrelated.[5]
Boasting himself in a ridiculous way, with bogus stuff, for no reason, e.g.;

Downplaying Pakistani Pashtuns, but having an obvious pro-Afghan Pashtun stance (i.e. telling that the former are less important);

Telling that he doesn't really "care" about Wikipedia, the internet, etc., even though he's been socking around for more than a decade;

Trademark edit summaries containing "Rvv", "Rvv", "RVV", "ethnocentric POV", "unsourced POV", "POV Pusher", "POV Pushing", "POV combatant", "xxx nationalists"
Whenever he gets blocked, he'll employ some weird type of reverse psychology, by putting words in your mouth. Often, he'll just accuse the blocking admin or any other user of being hateful towards "Pashtuns" and "Afghans". In general, playing the ethnicity/race card. Never respond to this; he's baiting on purpose;

Accusing others of being hateful towards "Afghans", "Pashtuns" and "Muslims" as part of his baiting technique;

Using the word "censorship" in order to empower his "arguments"

Telling stories about the usage of the words "Khan" and "Pashtun";

Telling stuff about "Pashtuns", "Afghans", and "Afghanistan(i)" being the same thing:

Whenever he gets blocked, he always has as lousy excuse ready for "why" he has been editing extremely disruptive (if hes not accusing someone else of being a sock too, that is, see down below). Either his cat jumped on the keypad, or he thought that Wikipedia "is like Myspace", or the account is "actually someone elses", etc.

Telling racist/passively aggressive/fascist/inflammatory stuff to other editors (especially those he has long-standing issues with), and about nations and ethnicities of the area;

Telling that Pashtuns are of diverse origins (e.g. Hindu, Buddhist, Indian, Turk, Arab, etc.);

Making ridiculous (rather unorthodox) comparisons;

Uses sock accounts and sock IP's with the sole purpose to leave a personal attack for the users that put a halt to him, as well as for those he shares a long-standing enmity with (such as Saladin1987 amongst others).

Targeted areas, pages, themes

Always use the Editor Interaction Utility. There are three topic areas in which he's absolutely obsessed: Pashtuns, Pakistan, and Afghanistan.

Every subject that is somehow related to these topic areas are a possible target. Tendentious editing, misrepresentation of sources, making personal attacks, pointing fingers at others 24/7, edit warring, agenda-infested editing, and sockpuppetry. As mentioned, Lagoo sab is mainly concerned about the "grand three", which he is absolutely 100% obsessed about (it's a very important recurring theme since 2009/2010-) as well as pursuing his e-grudges.
