Comprehensive edits analysis
Joined Wikipedia as the user Mikemikev in September 2007 and was originally not a disruptive editor, but made few edits. In one of these edits on the talk page of North China Electric Power University posted his real name, Michael Coombs. He posted on KiwiFarms that he "started doing alt-right stuff" in 2009 and within a short space of time radicalised into a neo-Nazi, i.e. joining Stormfront and other far-right communities. This is first demonstrated in his edits on the race and intelligence page made in December 2009. Mikemikev has a hereditarianism POV and defends discredited scientific racism theories; he caused an edit war on race-related articles, and began to accuse other Wikipedia editors who disagreed with his racist beliefs of being "Cultural Marxists". He is active on numerous websites, most of which have banned him for abuse.
Mikemikev's disruptive edits and personal attacks caused an arbitration in June 2010 and he received a 3-day ban and later a topic ban on race and intelligence. Immediately after the restriction was imposed, he created sockpuppets to circumvent his topic ban, with anti-Semitic names, including Juden Raus. The users Mathsci and Maunus were responsible for identifying most of Mikemikev's socks at this time. In 2011, Mikemikev created a thread on Stormfront attacking Mathsci and posted anti-Semitic conspiracy theories about the race and intelligence article being controlled by Jews; Mikemikev also created an article attacking Mathsci on Encyclopædia Dramatica. His off-Wikipedia harassment is well documented and rather notorious, gaining him articles on various websites that documenting his abuse; most recently Mikemikev created articles attacking Wikipedia admins on the far-right wiki Metapedia and its neo-Nazi offshoot, Rightpedia.
Since 2012, Mikemikev has engaged in the same repetitive behaviour using dozens, if not hundreds, of sockpuppets, vandalising and causing edit conflicts on race and intelligence, race (human categorization) and race and genetics articles, including their talk pages, to the extent a large percentage of accounts on these pages are him. This often results in the articles and talk-pages being temporarily locked, only for him to return after they've been re-opened and continue the same trolling behaviour. He typically calls anyone who disagrees with his POV "Cultural Marxists", "Bolshevik Jews" or "Anti-White" and has harassed users by posting racist slurs.
In 2017, Doug Weller complained Mikemikev had created an article attacking him on RationalWiki, while impersonating Maunus; the impersonation was blocked and article deleted. In 2018, Mikemikev created an article attacking Maunus on Rightpedia, a wiki he administrates. Mikemikev is banned on RationalWiki and a multitude of accounts have been blocked there as suspected sockpuppets, and although the wiki lacks CheckUser, Mikemikev's behavior leaves little doubt that he has engaged in sockpuppetry there. Mikemikev as a method of harassment has also impersonated users by creating fake accounts of them on Wikipedia; one of his targets is user Deleet (Emil Kirkegaard). Mikemikev created a sockpuppet using Kirkegaard's name, probably in retaliation, since Kirkegaard permanently banned him from his OpenPsych forum. Mikemikev usually impersonates other users after they've banned him from a website.
In 2018, accounts believed to belong to Coombs, including one named Mikemikev, were created on Conservapedia. The accounts spammed links to Rightpedia's article about Conservapedia (which contained disparaging commentary) as well as antisemitic remarks. The accounts were almost immediately blocked.
