Images/sprites overlapping both sides of the display were not correctly
cropped.
Option added to allow RGB<>BGR colourr swap option to be used.
ESP8266 Wemos D1 R1 pin numbering difference accomodated.
TTGO T4 setup changed to use HSPI port.
