• Fixes video processing crash

• More improvements to water matching, should be pretty good at open water matching.

NOTE: This release has a bug which causes crash on video processing, please use v0.2.9 instead.

• Matching now places a slight emphasis on proximity to previous position which should improve matching in open water.
• GUI now allows for resizing, preview map will still by square for the time being

• mss now only captures the relevant minimap portion of the screen, reducing stuttering seen in #37
