Mainland_China_ip_list

根据亚太互联网络信息中心（Asia-Pacific Network Information Centre，缩写作 APNIC），全球五大区域性互联网注册管理机构之一，成立于 1993 年，负责亚太地区 IP 地址、ASN（自治系统号）的分配列表数据，更新 IP 数据。

自动转换为 routeros 的 rsc 格式，routeros可直接使用

每天自动更新中国范围IP列表。Update Mainland China ip's list in every day
