Add Fluent Emoji as virtual signals, which you can use as signals, markers, or in chats.

• 🤗 Rich Emoji: Up to 1,339 Emojis have been added as virtual signals, which can be used for signaling, tagging, or chatting.
• 🎁 Better Chatting: Support using the Better Chatting to call emojis, such as :grinning-face: => 😀
• 🌐 Internationalization: Comprehensive i18n translation supporting 14 languages.
