Calibre-server docker created for unraid (ymmv for other bases)

Installation:

1. Open unRaid GUI (at least unRaid 6 beta14b)
   
2. Click on the Docker tab
   
3. Add the following line under "Template Repositories" https://github.com/aptalca/docker-templates
   
4. Then click on add container and select calibre-server under templates
   
5. Put in your library location and port
   
6. Profit

3. Put in your library location and port
