- Change the settings in the [config] file to the appropriate values
- Run [npm install] to set everything up
- Build the source using Grunt: [grunt build]
- [cd] into the [dist] directory and run [npm install —production]
- Run [node index.js] to start the server
- Calls to /wordcount will start the process.
