This is the first version of repline with GHC 8.6 support, but it comes with some API changes.

Compatibility with
repline0.2.0.0 and a bounds bump oncontainers.I think I did the necessary Nix stuff; let's see what CI thinks.
When this is merged, the only blockers of full GHC 8.6 support are releases of
cborgandserialise(well-typed/cborg#171).
