Prettier Configuration

Regarding #882

• Removed deprecated .eslintignore file because ignores is used in eslint.config.js
• Cleaned up unused eslint-disable directives across the codebase
• Added Prettier configuration for consistent code formatting
• Added npm scripts for easy formatting and linting

coverage: 80.379%. remained the same
when pulling 1a6db2d on prettier-config
into 5cff21a on beta.

I can’t claim to have looked at every changed line 😅 but the relevant config files look good and a spot-check of the format changes also look good

The branch needed a fresh merge from beta and going through the process also gave me confidence that this all works well
