TMA4320 - Introduction to Scientific Computation

Project 1: Using the Metropolis algorithm, which is a Markov Chain Monte Carlo method, we studied formation of membrane-less organells.

Project 2: We used different order Runge Kutta methods to study the behavior of swedish historical ship Vasa.

Project 3: In this project we utalized Non-negative Matrix factorization to denoise images of Cryptopunks.
