#5811 is already open to fix this issue. I thought maybe you had missed it, but since you replied to a comment in that PR, that doesn't seem likely...

I have been working on this story since it was opened last week. Unfortunately you cannot see if someone else is doing the same thing.

Unfortunately not a system which prevent 2 people working on the same issue 😞
