App Submission: chantools

This PR adds chantools as an Umbrel app.

Since chantools is a command line application, there is nothing to run or open and the "Open" button in Umbrel will NOT work.
The user needs to manually open a terminal/shell into the running chantools container.
See the app's description for more information.

I suggested to add the following images to the gallery here: getumbrel/umbrel-apps-gallery#53

Thanks for the PR 🙌

Maybe we could do it like the Samourai Server app and show a small HTML page when the user clicks Open explaining that chantools is a CLI tool and how to use it via the Umbrel Terminal. That way users immediately see what to do instead of getting a blank screen.

@guggero what about installing https://github.com/yudai/gotty in the container in this app and using that as the web ui. So the apps web ui is just a web based bash session in the contianer that can use chantools. This is safe to do on umbrelOS without any auth since the app will run behind the app proxy which only lets authed umbrelOS users through.

You can use https://github.com/tsl0922/ttyd in the container too. Both options /gotty and ttyd/ are good options to use the bash as web ui.

Thanks for all the ideas and suggestions!
I went with ttyd as that seems to be a bit more actively maintained.

Seems to work pretty well, so this is definitely cooler than manually opening the terminal through the Umbrel menu.
