Fix for pricing calculation for Bundle product types when product attributes are configured

Issue

Create a product - X - with type Bundled Product.
Add the additional products - Y, Z into the bundle.
Add Product attributes at the product -X with additional price.
When the product attributes of X is changed, the price is not updated.

Solution

In the Pricing service, when the attribute values are calculated, the attribute values of the child products in the bundle are only considered.
The fix is to calculate attribute values at main product level always. And calculate the child product values only when its a bundled product.

Breaking changes

None

Testing

1. Create a Bundled product X with Y,Z as bundled in that.
2. Add the Attribute values at the Product X level.
3. While selecting the attributes at the product page, the attribute based pricing is not calculated to the total price of the product.
4. If you add attributes at the product Y or Z, then its reflecting in the total.
5. After the fix is applied, even the Product X attributes values will be calculated.
