Upgrade from vuepress to vitepress, since vuepress is in maintainance-only-mode and the current setup doesn't work with Node > 14.

TODO

  • Add playground
  • Add missing navigation for reference and zh lang
  • Add examples
  • Add automatic fetching of handlebars versions + downloads
  • Fix tests
  • Fix TODOs
  • Review Korean translation (had to be rebased onto this PR)
