As stated on #641, the ignore CLI option is an alias for `globals` as described [here](https://github.com/hapijs/lab/blob/master/lib/cli.js#L226-L227), so for now it is important to include it in the README file to let other people know how to handle the ignore files. I'm working on a full correction by aliasing ignore on both the file and the cli.
