Fixes issue in "Change Infrastructure via Version Control" (https://learn.hashicorp.com/tutorials/terraform/cloud-change?in=terraform/cloud-get-started), where PR can't be created (see screenshot below) as it's already merged into master.
This PR updates the
add-usernamebranch to the latest master and replays @robin-norwood 's commit that's needed for the tutorial.
