Provision the following services and name them as follows before importing and running any of the notebooks:

• Compose for Redis (ComposeForRedis-WDPBeta)
• IBM Watson Machine Learning (IBMWatsonMachineLearning-WDPBeta)
• Message Hub (MessageHub-WDPBeta)

You should but don't have to provision the services in the space where the DSX services reside.
