This version add three functionalities to the atto editor:

• C-z suspends the editor to the calling shell.
• All files specified on the command line are loaded into the editor
• Files can be prefixed with +line to make atto jump to the respective line after loading
• In order to load files with a name starting with +, the option -- stops line number parsing

This release "un-atto's" atto: it has 1641 Wheeler SLOC and 2008 lines of code. atto 1.9 has 1610/1970.

If 8 lines of code cannot be squeezed out, this has to be renamed to fatto or the "Atto Goals" be re-written to a binary 2k instead of a decimal one.
