Added the main.py file with the bot template. Also added the readMe explaining how to create your own bot and then use the code to get it running. Requirements.txt holds the info on py-cord which is the only necessary component to install

Added a discord bot template, readMe and requirements.txt under the bots folder.
The added code is a simple template to help visually show those how they can create a simple discord bot for themselves.
This gives them the freedom to create commands to do anything they would like in their server if they are able to implement the code.
