WheatNNLeek is a spiking neural network system.

WheatNNLeek is mainly developed using Rust.

Before running examples, you should install Rust toolchain first. Please see instructions to install Rust.

After Rust is installed succesfully, you can build WheatNNLeek using make or make release.
