netZooPy is a Python package of network methods.

PANDA, LIONESS, PUMA, SAMBAR, and CONDOR.

git clone https://github.com/netZoo/netZooPy.git into your local disk.

Then cd netZooPy

and install netZooPy through pip pip3 install -e .

Upon completion you can load netZooPy in your python code import netZooPy
