Unfortunately, it's not possible to use paths with ../ in the embedding, so the embedded files needed to move.
Not used anymore after moving away from go-bindata.
This should make it more clear where the most important logic lives.

Make Go 1.17 the minimum supported version. This allows to drop
go-bindataand rely on the nativeembedpackage.
