Description
Verified changes required for this were either already done during porting of Skills, or updated now for areas that weren't directly part of the skills port.
Specific Changes
Small updates to JWTTokenValidation and AppCredentials to handle Skills as required for anonymous scenarios. Added new unit tests for AppCredentials, and extended JWTTokenValidationTests.
Testing
Unit tests were extended to cover these changes.
