Description
Adds the OAuthDialog to finish the dialogs functionality. Also adds Sample 18. bot-authentication which was ported to test the OAuthDialog functionality.
Specific Changes
Ported code for OAuthDialog and other middleware components to support it.
Testing
Unit tests and Sample 18 were used to test this code. Additional Auth samples will be ported to further test.
