verification steps:

get the extension build at https://monacotools.visualstudio.com/Monaco/_build/results?buildId=385996&view=artifacts&pathAsName=false&type=publishedArtifacts.

  1. disable telemetry "telemetry.telemetryLevel": "off" to opt-out of experiments just in case -> reload window
  2. use command "trigger inline suggestion" to trigger NES where it's unlikely to suggest anything
  3. see in debug log tree nes.nextCursorPosition request
  4. if you open the tree entry, you see the model name saying copilot-suggestions-himalia-001 -- make sure the request succeeded by scrolling to the bottom of the document and seeing a number response
