Visual Studio is particularly picky about emitting warnings between differently sized/signed integer types. This PR fixes some warnings in Visual Studio for hnswlib. It also makes L2SpaceI::fstdistfunc_ be protected so it can be subclassed and the distance function can be modified more easily.
