Update URL path for the senators JSON feed from "/senators-json" to "…

…/senators.json". This was changed during the website migration from Drupal7 to Drupal9.

Remove geocode parsing from JSON Client

The nysenate.gov/senators-json is about to be updated such that the
latitude and longitude fields will no longer be availiable. To prevent
parsing errors, the Client will no longer look for those fields.
