The range is invalid when used with zstd as the library typically supports up to level 22 while the range is limited to 21. Remove the hardcoded range and validate the level when compression type is parsed instead.

Fixes #54.
When using zstd compression the valid compression range should be 1 - 22 but bita incorrectly limited to 21. This PR should fix this.
