Thanks so much for taking the time to adjust these instructions to the new versions.

Short summary
The current instructions for setting up formatting using Eclipse Code Formatter in IDEA are a bit confusing.
Details
I just went through setting up my InjelliJ IDEA IDE for working on the Quarkus project, and I realized that the instructions for setting up formatting using Eclipse Code Formatter were a bit inconsistent with the actual steps that I took to accomplish the task.
Version of IDE used: IntelliJ IDEA 2023.2 (Community Edition).
Reason for PR
Update the instructions for setting up formatting standard in IDEA to reflect the correct steps (that I actually followed).
Caveat: Not sure if there is a variation in the instructions between Ultimate Edition and the Community Edition of the IDE.
