When compiling for PLATFORM_WEB, the
./projects/VSCodesample relied onlibraylib.bc, which is no longer generated by the latest raylib makefile.I also updated the EMSDK path formatting to match raylib-game-template, and updated the versions to those in the latest EMSDK.
I refactored the VSCode example's
main.cto use emscripten_set_main_loop() on PLATFORM_WEB, and added the resources/LICENSE file to match the game template. This PR should allow those following the Working For Web guide to make use of the VSCode project sample.
