Description of the change
This is the first step in the integration of KSCrash source code directly to our codebase, it also removes a few workarounds to support Cocoapods.
This should also fix integrating the SDK through Cocoapods, but we haven't either modified the podspec nor published it, yet.
This PR is going to a base branch called
kscrash_integrationwhich will eventually contain all the integration work and once all is tested and approved, it'll go into master.
