The next rand release has been waiting a long time. We're not done yet (#1165), but we should still be able to put a pre-release out.
0.9.0-alpha.0, exceptrand_distrwhich is now0.5.0-alpha.0(this is the only crate where a separate version appears more useful than not; see Move rand_distr to new repository #1394).
