This PR uses the FreeSerif font, embedded in TCPDF, instead of Zapfdingbats.
For some obscure reasons, zapfdingbats is different if PDF is viewed inside a browser. Not only scissors don't have the same shape, they are rotated in the opposite direction...
With FreeSerif, we can achieve the same design, and browsers display scissors correctly.
