This is an alternative approach to @CodinCat's work: #1369
The approach uses a mustache templating system for easy integration and flexibility for all prompts templates in the future. This makes for minimal changes at the call-site for handling prompt templates.
Mustache was chosen because it's light-weight, hash wide-spread support in many languages, minimalism, and flexible design for a templating system (logic-less, easy to change brackets for conflicts, etc).
