This PR converts
@opencode-ai/console-appand@opencode-ai/enterpriseto use a pre-alpha version of Solid Start 2.0, and an alpha version of Nitro 3, and no more Vinxi.There's still a couple of things missing from Start before this should be merged, and it also needs deployment testing.
