scaffolder auth hook and template

Motivation

This is an experimentation in abstracting out a hook to improve scaffolder frontend auth-ed API call workflows.

Approach

Made a hook to grab the token, and pass it to another hook to fetch values for the form. Set up a custom field extension and a template using these hooks.
