This is the health care center website which has three role : Admin , Patient and Doctor.

Admin can create the profile for both Doctor and Patient. Admin can also book an appointment for patient. Admin has an access to Delete or Edit the profile of doctor and patient and also can delete the appointment.

Patient can create the own profile and also can edit the profile. Patien can book an appointment with different doctor.By booking an appointment, Patient gets an email. Patient has an access to all his appointments and also has an access to see the appointment summary.

Doctor can create the own profile and also can edit the profile. Doctor can edit the appointment to only add the appointment summary. Doctor has an access to all his appointments and from this page he can reach to the patient profile, as well.
