When a good teachr retirest, hundreds of lesson plans and instructional materials retire, too. Teachers love to share ideas, lesson plans, and handouts, and many would volunteer to contribute theirs. If we can get NEA and AFT people involved, especially their reatired teachers associations, this could really work. Wiki format allows teachers to discuss each other plans, and link to standards specific to each state.

Anyway, I'd be happy to work on structure and solicit input from teachers. The difficulty is, of course, that copy right status of many lesson plans is questionalbr, for teachers borrow freeley from everything and anything.
