Glukokinaza (EC 2.7.1.2, glukokinaza (fosforilacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:D-glukoza 6-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + D-glukoza ADP + D-glukoza 6-fosfat
Ova grupa enzima je prisutna kod bezkičmenjaka i mikroorganizama koji su visoko specifični za glukozu.
