"... the authors of the work can say how their work should be copied." Strikes me as just wrong. The author is not always the copyright owner. The copyright owner also does not always get to dictate exactly how their work should be copied (Fair use and such).

Actually, what's worse is that the page confuses copyright with patents. They are entirely different things.
