LAME is an educational tool to be used for learning about MP3 encoding. The goal of the LAME project is to improve the psycho acoustics, quality and speed of MP3 encoding. Note: we provide source code only!

A simple keylogger written in python. It is primarily designed for backup purposes, but can be used as a stealth keylogger, too. It does not raise any trust issues, since it is a set of [relatively] short python scripts that you can easily examine.

Barman (backup and recovery manager) is an administration tool for disaster recovery of PostgreSQL servers written in Python. `archivemail' is a tool written in python for archiving and compressing old email in mailboxes. It can move messages that are older that the specified number of days to a mbox-format mailbox compressed with gzip, or optionally just delete old email.

The littleutils include duplicate file finders (repeats, repeats.pl, repeats.py), image optimizers (opt-jpg, opt-png, opt-gif, recomp-jpg), file rename tools (lowercase, uppercase, pren), archive recompressors (to-gzip, to-bzip2, to-bzip3, to-7zip, to-lzma, to-lzip, to-xz), a tempfile utility (tempname), file property tools (filedate, filemode, filenode, fileown, filesize, and lrealpath), and others. Utility to help create backups more easily. The idea of the program is that all essential information for creating a backup is in a single file. It can use ‘tar’ for creating archives, has a command line interface, and supports incremental backups.

Using this project you can make backup and track changes of configuration of network devices like switches, routers, etc.

This software manage your paperwork as bills, bank account details, contracts ... in one word, it's small DMS. A document is defined by 3 parts: Entity: A person or the entity links with the doc. Label: Subject of doc (ex: Bank). SubLabel: More precise description of doc (ex: contract). You enter the document in the system through addDoc box. It will perform a copy of original file and places it in predefined directory. When you want to find it, a short research will provide all documents links with provided parameters . You just have to double click on the result, and the system will open it with appropriate software. This is Python module for RAR archive reading. The interface is made as `zipfile` like as possible.

autocrc uses 32-bit CRC-sums to verify the integrity of files. The CRC-sums are parsed both from filenames and from sfv-files. autocrc can perform CRC-checks recursively. After it's done it prints a summary of the result.
